Development and implementation of a scheme to provide
NIS researchers
OBJECTIVESThe aim of the contract is the development and implemention of an electronic system of access to scientific literature for NIS scientists in the 11 selected NIS taking into account existing provision of scientific literature in the NIS.
11 NIS countries - Armenia, Azebaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan.
Specific objectives:
3. TASKS
The work will be divided into two phases. The first
phase will lead to the definition of needs, upon successful completion
of the first phase and agreement by INTAS,
PHASE 1
Establishing the current situation of scientific
literature provision/availability in the NIS target countries,
identifying needs, defining the provision of services
PHASE 2 Upon successful completion of Phase 1: Set up of services in NIS, training, promotion and delivery of services.
